What is "Re-earth method"?
This construction method was born with the idea of reconsidering the excellent characteristics of soil (water permeability, water retention, heat insulation, transpiration, nonflammability, recyclability, etc.) and regaining the civil rights of the earth.
There are fixed ideas about soil, such as "when it dries, it turns into dust" and "when it dissolves in water, it turns into mud again." However, we use a unique mixture called "FC agent" and a small amount of cement and slag to pave the soil. The "Re-Earth Method" eliminates this disadvantage.
Regarding cost, it will now be possible to use leftover soil that previously had to be disposed of.
About FC agent
By creating an aqueous solution of multiple inorganic compounds, the alkali metals and bases activate the ionization reaction and smooth the bonding with the ions in the soil. At this time, unstable ions of organic compounds such as hydroxyl groups (R.OH) (R.COOH), carboxylic acid groups, humic acid, etc., are repelled from the aqueous solution, thereby stabilizing the inorganic ions.

Paving technology
Paving materials/ Premix
Paving soil is a premixed material manufactured by lightly calcining masa soil in a factory to remove organic matter and microorganisms. It is then mixed with a small amount of cement and FC agent (hardening agent). Since it is an inorganic material, it is environmentally friendly. Paving soil is a durable and gentle material that has several good qualities. It prevents mud formation during rain, suppresses weed growth, has water permeability and retention, and suppresses glare. Additionally, it helps reduce the heat island effect by allowing water to permeate through it. The installation process is straightforward, and the material hardens with just water.

Rolling method
Mixed excavated soil from the site or soil purchased nearby with FC agent, cement (and granulated slag if necessary), etc., at the site and then perform construction. The formulation is determined by on-site quality testing.
Hard soil
Water spraying method
Soil-based paving agent that can be applied on mortar, concrete, etc.
Add the main ingredient and special mixed liquid (FC-2000) at a ratio of 5:1 and mix to feel like mortar. Premix only, and on-site compounding is not possible.
Main ingredients (primary agent): Calcined masa soil, magnesium oxide
Use application: Surface finishing of concrete and asphalt, thin coating possible
Masa Block
Masa Block
The primary material of the block is soil. The construction method is the same as for the conventional block.
Masa Block is different from traditional interlocking blocks as it is mainly made up of soil, which imparts it with a low thermal conductivity rate and high water permeability. Due to its high water retention and wicking properties, it can effectively retain and distribute water through capillarity. This suppresses the heat island effect, which consumes heat calories due to transpiration.
